Bike Post Trail Usage
EC Velo members can use their membership cards as a parking pass at the Bike Post Trails and avoid paying the day use fee there. Please place your current membership card on your dashboard when parking at the trailhead.

Active EC Velo members can receive 10% off on parts, accessories and clothing at the Bicycle Post by presenting their valid membership card at the time of purchase. The Bicycle Post has two locations in Greenville, 530 Cotanche and 215 E.Arlington.
Babits Bikes
Active EC Velo members can receive 10% off on parts, accessories and clothing at Babits Bikes by presenting their valid membership card at the time of purchase. Visit Babits Bikes at 1322C E. 10th Street in Greenville.

Reimbursement for Travel to an Out-of-Town Event
The idea here is too give something back to
Club members who are actively participating in the Club AND who are
helping promote EC Velo and our sponsors!!!
Members can be reimbursed for travel to an out-of-town ride/race/cycling event under the following conditions:
- Must be a current dues-paid member
- Must be at least 2 members who attend the event and carpool together (or caravan, if more than 2)
- Event must have an entry fee
- Maximum Total Reimbursement for one event will be:
- $100 for 4 or more people
- It will be up to the members involved on how to divide this amount
- Copy of all receipts to be submitted to the Club Treasurer before reimbursement distributed
- Valid receipts may include items such gas, food, lodging, entry fees, etc.
- Members must wear EC Velo clothing at event* AND/OR Display ECVelo
club banner at the event (*Note: Clothing exception will be made for
USCF races)
- Members will need to submit photo of themselves at
event wearing ECVelo gear AND/OR displaying ECVelo banner (Pics can be
uploaded to Website)
- Member must post the specific event announcement at least a week prior to event to the appropriate forum
- Members must agree to participate in, at least, one of the following in the corresponding calendar year:
- Help organize a club event
- Volunteer to help with a club ride or club event
- Maximum annual amount of $1000.00 is budgeted for one calendar year. Once this is met in one calendar year, no more reimbursements shall be given.
