Greenville Area MPO Active Transportation Plan

Make your voice heard for better walking and bicycling connections in our communities!!
A plan is currently underway, now through the spring of 2017, covering the Greenville Urban Area MPO, which includes the City of Greenville, the Towns of Winterville and Ayden, the Village of Simpson, and surrounding areas of Pitt County.  Project planners are seeking input from the public.

Take the survey: Do you want more bicycle lanes, sidewalks, crosswalks, and trails? Where do you currently walk and bike?  What would make that experience better? Please take this very short survey to share your ideas:
Use the online input map: Identify specific locations for improving walking, bicycling, and trails in your community. What are your favorite routes for walking and bicycling? Where would you like to see improvements? Where are the locations of key barriers to your trip? What destinations are most important to reach by walking or bicycling? This information will inform development of the plan.
